Meet The Teacher

Hi! My name is Larissa Fogg. This will be my third year teaching kindergarten here at Gate City. Previously, I taught fourth and fifth grade math and science for one year and worked as an educational assistant in third grade for three years.

Prior to working in a school setting, I taught dance classes to students ranging from three to sixteen years old and performed professionally in the Boston area. 

I have an associate’s degree in early childhood education from Nashua Community College and my bachelor’s degree in elementary education with licensure from Colorado Christian University. I am fluent in Spanish. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, spending time outdoors, working with the kids in my church, cooking and gardening.
